Privacy policy

Last updated August 2026

The short version: this site tracks nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising scripts, no third-party fonts, and a contact form that sends nothing anywhere until you press send in your own email application. The detail below explains what that leaves, and what happens to data we hold when we operate infrastructure on your behalf.

Who we are

Aaira Technologies provides managed cloud, security and AI operations services. We operate from offices in Philadelphia and Hyderabad. For any privacy question, contact us atgetintouch@aaira.tech.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, phone number if provided, the service you selected and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Almost nothing, and this is verifiable rather than asserted. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and stores nothing in your browser. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so loading a page makes no request to any third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs containing IP address, timestamp and user agent, retained on a short rolling window for security and abuse prevention; we do not join those logs to anything else.

Because there are no tracking technologies in use, there is nothing here for you to consent to and no preference banner to dismiss.

Client environment data. Where we deliver managed services, we process telemetry and configuration data from your systems under the terms of the applicable services agreement rather than this policy.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have asked about
  • To meet our contractual obligations to clients
  • To improve the website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in it working well

We do not sell personal information, and we do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

Who we share it with

We keep this list short deliberately, and it is the section worth reading closely:

  • Hosting. The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which processes request logs as described above.
  • Enquiries. The contact form composes a message in your own email application and sends nothing to us until you press send. Your enquiry therefore travels as ordinary email between your mail provider and ours — no form-handling third party sits in between and no copy is created on this website.
  • Meeting scheduling. If you follow the booking link you leave this site for a third-party scheduling service, and their privacy notice governs what happens there.
  • Client telemetry. Where we operate your infrastructure, telemetry is processed inside your own cloud tenant wherever the architecture allows. The boundary, the regions and the retention are agreed in writing before anything is connected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and the correspondence that follows them are kept for as long as there is an active commercial conversation and for a period afterwards for our own records. Records relating to a signed engagement are kept for the life of that engagement and for the period our professional and tax obligations require. Operational telemetry belonging to a client is kept for the retention period set in that client's agreement, not ours, and is deleted or returned at the end of the engagement.

If you want your details removed from our records, write to us and we will do it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Emailgetintouch@aaira.tech and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Security

We hold ourselves to the standard we sell. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client environments is least-privilege, individually attributed and multi-factor authenticated — there is no shared administrative identity and no standing production access that is not logged. Administrative sessions are recorded. Access is reviewed on a schedule and revoked when someone changes role or leaves.

If an incident affects your data we will tell you, with what we know and what we are doing about it, rather than waiting until the picture is complete.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
